Put a cap on and leave for 10-20 minutes, depending on the diameter of the plastic rod, the width of the wrapped hair strand and the type of curl you want to achieve. Then rinse with lukewarm water. Apply the neutralizer on the roots for 7 minutes. Remove the rods and apply the neutralizer for the second time, again for 7 minutes. Then rinse with lukewarm water.
