How to use: Use SERI bleaching powder with SERI Premium oxycream 20,30 or 40 vol. depending on the desired degree of lightening, according to the indicative guidelines in the corresponding table. Mix 1 part of bleaching powder and 2 parts of SERI Premium oxycream in a non metallic bowl. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Check a small part of the hair regularly until the desired result is obtained (maximum action time 35 minutes). Rinse off with warm water and wash with the SERI EXPERT ASSIST neutralizing shampoo. The lower the concentration of the oxydizing cream, the gentler the lightening process.
